Bullets

Overview
The Bullets scope function allows you to order, categorize and sub-categorize items on a page.
Displaying bulleted-lists is accomplished by three opening curly-brackets which denote the scope of the bullets, then the parameters that define the type of bullets within parenthesis (much like the parameters to a function call). Next would be the bulleted items (one per line) which is then terminated with three closing curly brackets.

Prototype
Bullets(string {type}, string {titleText})
Inside the bulleted scope, you can add further indentions by beginning a line within the bulleted list block with one or more: >.
